They weren’t nominated for the 2016 New Ramen Ranking, however, the high potential of the owner was already clear. How will Muginae’s already perfected ramen evolve in the future? We need to keep our eyes on it.
3rd Takiya ‘Beef fillet Tempura’
Takiya was opened by Mr. Sasamoto, previously the executive chef at the Kaiseki restaurant Hinokizaka in Ritz Carlton Tokyo.
They recieved attention from food fanatics in Tokyo because of their innovative style different from other traditional Tempura restaurants.
One of their symbolic dishes is the beef fillet Tempura.
This beef is wrapped with Shiso leaves and then deep fried finely. It’s a flavor that you can’t express with Yakiniku or steak. All we can say is that the chef cooked it well and the scent is amazing!
We highly recommend this dish to all the food fanatics in 2017.
2nd Ginza KOSO ‘Beef Toro rice’
This is a commonly seen dish on instagram.
Ginza KOSO’s luxury interior might give you an impression of the restaurant serving bad food. However, you’ll be surprised. This dish is served with frozen sirloin on warm rice and egg yolk.Mixing them together makes this dish heavenly!
The feeling of the frozen beef melting with warm rice in your mouth is just fantastic.
