I stopped reading Luxeat a while back as there wasn't enough on Japan but this post is actually quite good.

Some of the pricing info are outdated though. Tokiwazushi is moving to Tokyo Hiroo in March, I assume likely it will no longer be easy to book.
Will Tokiwa's price triple in Hiroo, or just double? :DThanks for sharing this link though. Quite notable to me that Hashimoto is now in the "easy to book" department.
