Setsugekka is fantastic. Many of the pieces I had were noticeably better than the same cut at Sato Buriand just days before. E.g. the atsugiri gyutan, and the sirloin with yolk.
The sheer quantity of high-quality wagyu they serve is both a blessing and a curse. On one hand, it’s a fantastic value, but I also started feeling full two thirds through the menu and couldn’t finish the last horumon course. So definitely go hungry! The giant portion of yukhoe with a big scoop of caviar for the first course (photo attached — it’s the width of a tennis ball) definitely sets the scene for both generosity and excess, haha.

Another option that came up for me is Oniku Karyu.
Personally, I don't have a good impression of Yoroniku and voted for Setsugetsuka.
