It is really a fantastic restaurant. The experience is rare and it is worth going. I went there twice during my five day trip in Tokyo.

Dons de la nature is said to be a quality restaurant, but when I ate there before, the steak had several grilling issues that seemed to have been caused by insufficient technique by the chef.
If you are planning to go to either one of the two now, I would recommend vesta.

Hi Saito San. For Vesta is it the same menu for both lunch and dinner? And when I book through the hotel concierge, should I request a specific course or all the dishes/course have to be ordered at the restaurant?

Thank you!

The menu does not change whether it's lunch or dinner.
In general, the restaurant's style is to put together a menu for you through conversations with the staff.
I don't believe that there is any particular need to reserve any requests or courses in advance.

Thanks Saito San. How does it compare to ARAGAWA in your opinion?

If I had to choose just one restaurant, I think I would choose Aragawa. Obviously, Vesta is also superb, but I feel that the quality of the Wagyu served there along with the Rokama oven grilling techniques are slightly under the standards of Aragawa.
